Ideas Books is an interview show about the best, most groundbreaking non-fiction books of the year.

Ideas Books is an in-depth interview program showcasing some of the world’s leading thinkers and their latest books. Covering a wide range of topics including science, politics, technology and history, our goal is to bring you conversations with authors whose books help us to understand the way the world works, give us a glimpse of what the universe is and reveal how our societies function.

The show is a conversation between the host, Craig Barfoot, and a different author each week, discussing their latest book and the ideas it raises. Quite simply said, we are chasing those Aha moments, those exciting insights that open our minds to new possibilities and new ways of understanding.

We want to create an internationally accessible show for thoughtful and curious people, no matter where you are in the world. Most of our interviews are roughly 20 to 30 minutes in length and air weekly.

It's a privilege to be able to speak to so many fascinating people about their ideas, and we hope you enjoy the conversations as much as we do.
